Located right beside a sheltered shopping street with lots of restaurants, café, fastfood and shops. Hotel services is great and staffs helpful. Overnight (multistorey) parking at 1000 is right beside the hotel where you collect the parking ticket and pay at hotel reception for discounted price. Reception and breakfast (included in booking) and complimentary coffee, tea, water are all at Level 3. So after parking one have to get down to ground level to take hotel lift to reception. Room space is larger than my previous 2 hotel stay and can place on floor at large size luggage. Breakfast although simple one had varieties more than enough for a good breakfast. TV has at least a U-tube channel so won't get bored with local Jap channel you can't understand. Highly recommended.

Room is very well designed, for work is very good. Very central and well connected. Lot's of restaurants, shops, etc.

It is located in a shopping arcade Sakaidori in easy reach of new Shinshigai railway station tramway and amazing Kumamoto castle .Due to this easy access I was able to visit the castle and Botanic gardens in the same day .

The location is very good. It's close to plenty of shopping and lots of restaurant options, and the Sakura Machi mall is practically across the street. The price was reasonable and the rooms were about the average size that you get in Japan. The room was clean, as is to be expected in Japan. :-)

Spacious twin room with window view of Kumamoto Castle. Reasonable breakfast and self service coffee corner till 2400hrs. Paid parking is just beside hotel.

Friendly staff during breakfast and check-in/ out procedure. Room size typical for Japanese business hotel. Location is great for nightlife and restaurants. It's also only an 8 minute walk to Kumamoto castle.

Spacious room for two. Close to the undercover shopping streets, bus terminal, trams, castle etc Good amenities provided.

Great location for those who come by train to visit the castle. Good condition. Good breakfast. Good price / quality ratio. I would choose again.

Can't complain too much. It has everything you would want. Even a free breakfast. Good location to the Kumamoto castle and night life.
